Company History AXISiTECH LLC was incorporated in the year 2008 in the state of Texas, USA in January 2008. We specialize in Point of Sale (POS) for Restaurants, Grocery and Retail stores. We also do Website Design and Computer Consulting. What's in the name? axisiTech was coined from axis-Information Technology. The letter "x" in axis stands for Cross-Integration and "is" for Information System. Background Our Staff have many years of Business Application analysis, design and development experience working in very small to very large (130 thousand plus employee) Fortune 100 computer service firms. Several years of retail work experience was also a big confidence booster. Incubation We started researching about Point of Sale technology in the year 2004-2005. Actually it's the curiosity about Bar Code that started it all. After many many hours of reading, research and experimenting for couple of years during sparetime, AXISITECH LLC was born in year 2008. While experimenting it was also fun to write a basic POS scanning application using Microsoft.Net and SQL Server Express. After so many Client installations we continue to read, research & experiment with a lab setup now with same passion, for the simple reason that it enables us to continuously improve our service to our customers in everyway possible. |

POS Software Selection We are a technology agnostic company. Hence we try to chose the best solution based on our Customer's unique business need or constraints. However we have some basic list of parameters that we look for before recommending a solution to our client. Commitment to Client's Success Here is a real story: The Client ordered and got all equipment within one week. But due to City Inspection issues and culminating delay, we were getting close to crossing the 21 day return deadline and no sign of construction being completed in time. So to avoid any return issues just in case there is a defective part, we reminded the Client about the deadline and did the installation at Client's home & later moved it all to the store. Not a big deal, but this just underlines our flexibility and personalized attention that our Clients enjoy!
